DESCRIPTION:We are excited to announce that historian Mary Beth Norton\, the author of our next book group selection\, will join us to discuss her book 1774: The Long Year of Revolution. Her book traces the critical “long year” of 1774 and the revolutionary changes that took place\, from the Boston Tea Party and the First Continental Congress to the Battles of Lexington and Concord. \nThe Institute for Thomas Paine Studies at Iona University is once again joining RW250 as a cosponsor and host of the RW250 Roundtable Book Group.
